Damage Claims

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us at immediately so we can notify USPS and file a damage claim.

In order to open a claim with carrier we will need proof of the damaged item.Please make sure to take pictures of the damaged item and keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

In case the item did not arrived completely damaged a return label will be sent to return the product in order to receive a replacement or refund.
